THE SISTERS OF ST. MARY OF NAMUR
EASTERN REGION
Welcome!
The Sisters of St. Mary is an international congregation of committed women religious, vowed within the Catholic Church.
We share close bonds with our sisters around the world
with provinces and regions in:
Belgium
England
Canada
Eastern USA
Western USA
Brazil
Congo/Cameroon
Rwanda/Tanzania
Sister Genevieve Epthemis and Sister Roberta Fulton
The provinces and regions are united in the deepest aspects of our religious life together which are carried out in each area according to that particular culture, and the needs within that area of the congregation.
Simplicity and joy are the characteristics of the Sisters from wherever they come. Their choice of ministry is always marked by a concern for the most downtrodden and needy, especially women and children, which is our common mission throughout the congregation.
